Note: we had concierge service first month and found it without value so dropped. If you already have your own crm and lead follow up system to call, email, txt you will not need this. We found no value in that service.

Month 1 Review of BoldLeads
Now take into consideration we signed up on May 6th so this report ends week 4 or a full 28 days. This was with a prenotice to start on May 3rd so they could be ready. While BoldLeads has a 100 lead monthly cap. This is also combining 2 zip-codes so that they could provide the best possibilities.
While this report says 7 Leads I will be liberal and grant an extra week so we can round out the total leads to 10 for sake of reviewing the quality of leads and location. So we have 10 leads in 5 weeks for review.
The BoldLeads zipcodes chosen where 89135 and 89145
Note: not only were a majority of the leads NOT in the 89135 or 89145 zipcode area, half where across town and LAND and Condos. Also notice the # or “just curious”.
While the lead quality is poor we were still able to set 1 appointment on a $200,000 listing on the other side of town even tho he had already decided to go with opendoor as he had to leave for job opportunity in 30 days.
Being that this is a case study we go above and beyond to really work the leads. We actually went over while the other agent was there(invited of course) as he was taking an offer way below value. Time was of the essence and he wanted their cash asap.
After 5 Week with BoldLeads here is what a customer can expect.

Like most lead companies you will be sold by an eager sales representative and then handed off to on-boarding and other form of automated interface training.
We have been emailing support weekly so they are aware of the leads being outside the zipcodes and the quality of leads and property type of land and condos across town.
No lead service to include Zillow or Realtor.com can ever be 100% and we set the location expectation at 80% to be fair industry wise. If you are paying for residential leads in a zip code or area you should expect at least 80% should be residential in the areas you asked for. BoldLeads is currently reverse with 80% of the leads outside the target area and even across town in some cases.
Please not that this review is only after month 1 and part of a 6 month series.
You can check back month to month for each consecutive update. We normally rate lead generation in 90 days cycles as most people are not ready. And like with most leads you have to really take in each 90 days to determine if that lead source is going to be worth your time and money.
Even if BoldLeads or any lead source such as Zillow or Realtor has a 100 leads a month cap and was delivering all 100 leads a month, Its up to you the agent to call, txt, email and set the appointment. The next part in the patience to know that it takes 90 days to build a pipeline and then start seeing the escrows.
Month One Conclusion: BoldLeads need to be able to produce more leads (at least 30+ a month for the price point & higher quality leads in the area of town specified. Customer support should have more interest in the success of the project.
