The important questions here are why it’s happening and will it continue? Personally, I believe that the interest in such properties in Las Vegas will go on for a few years yet as it’s driven by millennials.

The RVIA (Recreational Vehicles Industry Association) predicted that ‘millennials will push RV sales to record highs’ and you know what? They did!

The latest official report states that sales increased by 15.1% compared to 2016. The report only covers the first eight months of the year. Therefore, we can definitely expect to see an even bigger number when the final one comes out.
